I understand the McDonald’s employees are not working at the White House and it’s just McDonald’s but CAN WE ALL LEARN RESPECT?!? JASMINE (if that’s even her name) was beyond rude, everything about our encounter was DISTASTEFUL. Mad at the customer because the app won’t work? Then the entire staff lied and said they’re managers and not allowed to give out corporate number. All this over a kids meal btw 🫣.. terrible. ALL 0’s. Get new staff.
Ordene en línea y fui al drive thru la GM Jazmín tenía 1 carro enfrente estacionado y otro al lado esperando comida y me dijo que me estacionara en el # 2 y le dije que no porque tenía prisa y cancelo mi orden me regreso el dinero y me dijo que cuando no se quiere 1 estacionar ese es el procedimiento, no atenderlo mas. Mi pregunta es porque tienen drive-thru fast food si van a estacionar a que esperen todos los carros.
