I went through the Drive-Thru around 7:10 am this Friday morning- October 2 2026. I ordered my usual Large Diet Coke- NO ICE. What did I receive ??? A Coke Zero Sugar- NO ICE. Now to most people this wouldn't be a Big Deal however to a Coca Cola Conneisuer there is a MASSIVE TASTE DIFFERENCE between Diet Coke and Coke Zero Sugar. How difficult is it to get my order CORRECT !!!! C'MON McDonald's. You can do better. Listen to what your guest is asking. That's all we ask.

I found a hair in my breakfast “ sausage N’ egg bagel,” and honestly i wasn’t surprised at all, it’s mcdonald’s after all. And in fact i did take out the hair and eat it anyway, because i did spend 9 to 10 dollars on it. But luckily i didn’t find a hair on my hashbrown.

I had a coupon for a small coffee given to me by a McDonald's location in Morden manitoba. I brought it through the drive-thru and they would not honor it. It did not say I had to use it at the Morden location it only said it was given to me by them. The manager came out and adamantly refused to honor the one-dollar coffee. A multibillion-dollar organization and they would not honor the $1 coffee. I will be going to other locations now. As an addendum I went and redeemed it at the McLeod location
