This was an outrageous experience. Both employees I talked to were rude and I was charged for an extra fry, which I didn’t notice until after I had driven off.
Drive thru staff very friendly.
We went through the drive-thru. Both employees at each of the windows looked right through us. The first window we asked the address. She ignored us. The pickup window we asked for ketchup and she slaps it into our hand and quickly shut her window. The fries were hot and delicious. But your employees acted as if they had no time for the customer service end of things.
