Was told I would only be able to get 2 sauces , even though I paid on the app for them. Additionally, paid extra for a special sauce, which was not given to me. No explanation, nothing.
*Armando* didn’t help me out at all when the app acted like I used my coupon even though I showed the other cashier that I was able to cancel the coupon because it didn’t work. Other McDonald’s have helped me in this regard while he seemed to lack experience or even care that I need help. I won’t be asking for his help cause or lack knowledge or understanding; if you guys want help ask Raymond he is fantastic!
