I went to Mc Donald’s drive-thru at around 2:00 AM to pick up an Uber Eats order. The staff member was very rude. At the first window I was told to go to the last window, and then at the last window I was told to go to the other side because the order was not ready. As a delivery driver, we often have multiple orders to pick up, and this kind of behavior causes unnecessary delays.
