The food is always fresh, but my mobile pickup orders consistently miss items. Despite paying extra for McChicken sauce and selecting the 10-packet ketchup option in the app because I dont order nugget sauce, my requests are continually ignored (today I received only 3 ketchups for a 20-piece nugget meal and a large fry). When customers pay extra and explicitly select options through the app, the staff needs to ensure everything is included in the bag.
Water downed coffee and raw, cold, old fries every time.
I've gone through the drive thru twice now late (11ish) and the woman taking orders just says hello? I ask for a number 5 (McChicken meal) she says BLT? What? Seriously this woman is rude, has ZERO customer service skills and doesn't know her job. I'd fire her. She hates her job. Absolutely unacceptable.
Little too noisy when we were there.
