Seriously not a day that I don't order a basic breakfast item and it takes 10 minutes sitting at the "second window".... ridiculous...

Location: 1475 Regent Ave W. Just tonight, I encountered a disrespectful manager in your area. I have a gift card worth $20 which I haven't use yet. I ordered 2 meals but was charged more and more than what I have to pay for. She said that the card has only $15. She did not even check before tendering my order. The card says $20 written at the back of the card. How did that happened? You guys are issuing gift card with the wrong amount as paid. And that manager, I don't like how she talked to me.
