I placed an order at the drive-thru today, and when I picked it up, there was this rude girl. She didn't say thank you or anything else, just kept quiet and handed it to me.
Every time I go through the drivethru at McDonald’s, I’m usually greeted by Madeline, and I just had to say something because she genuinely makes the experience so much better. No matter what time I show up, she’s always super friendly and welcoming, it never feels forced or scripted and you can tell she actually enjoys talking to people and cares about how customers feel. By far my favorite McDonald's in the city. Food is always hot, and correct.
Ordered & paid 3 bacon and egg mcmuffins, only received 2. Clerk did not proivde a receipt when I paid and would not show me the receipt.
