Did a mobile order which means they “start making” the order when you arrive. Or so they claim. Sat in the drive thru line for 10 minutes, and then got pulled to the side to wait still … for one egg McMuffin. How does that happen? What is the point of mobile ordering if I’m just going to have to wait anyways? Other complaints: They didn’t even give a single napkin. lowkey i’ve ordered from u guys a lot and im normally satisfied but last night i got a mcdouble at like 12am and it had a hair in it. high and hangry :(
