how does every iced coffee from this store taste so bitter, like just make the recipe correctly. every other store tastes the same
Management is great; Thomas is amazing, however, service is another story.. ordered online (order has both a number and my name) instead the young lady called out not only the wrong order item but tried to say it over music playing in dining room and over 10 people waiting for food. Missed my order because of it after waiting 15 mins for someone to realize they had messed something up. Very dirty. The bathrooms are so nasty and unclean. Won't eat there again. If they can not keep their bathrooms clean, who knows what their kitchen looks like...
