I have ordered the iced caramel frappe here many times, so I am familiar with its expected quality and consistency. The first drink I received was only half full and consisted mostly of crushed ice. When I asked about the issue, I was told, “This is how it comes,” Anyway i didn’t say anything and waited for my another drink. Horrible service ! Went through drive thru and they pulled me to the parking lot left me out there for over 20 min waiting for my order I ended up having to go in to get my order and all it was.. was ice cream !
I ordered table service twice and both times it never got delivered. I had to go up each time and specifically ask if the food was ready and it got cold by the time I went up.
