order $22 and some oil change worth of food waited over 15 to 25 minutes for my order never received it so I placed a call to the current CEO Mr. Jeffrey so I advise anyone after 5 o’clock do not visit this location horrible horrible customer service
1 out of 6 times my order was completely correct in drive-thru.
Don’t order from the app. I was inline waiting before 10:30 had already ordered and got to the speaker at 10:31 and they told me my order couldn’t be processed it was after breakfast time. My card was charged and tried to cancel my order on the app and it said I couldn’t because it was already being processed. So went in and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. After I heard someone in the back ask another employee about a steak biscuit I had ordered and the other said I drove off. Management is crap here and no one... read more
