Probably the worst staff in all of Georgia very careless they saw me waiting near the counter to order and they are just browsing their phone in the back.
We asked for a certain order and they did the opposite horrible experience do better we want are money back
The Drive-thru line for this McDonald's is almost always ridiculous at night.... but the service is actually sooo much better than the typical ever-busy franchise. I was surprised that my order was 100% correct. Which almost never happens since we both have complicated preferences for our sandwiches.
It’s taking forever to pick up DoorDash order. It showed that the order is ready, I’m in, waiting and waiting, the order is not ready yet. The customer is waiting for their food. McDonald’s staff, IF IT IS NOT READY, DO NOT PROCEED AS IT IS READY IN DOORDASH APP. I would never order through an app or online from this location. Employees are busy talking/chitchatting with each other and working slowly on customers orders.
