We went through the drive-thru for lunch and waited behind a car who was at the speaker for 5 minutes. The man kept saying hello but wasn’t being answered so he eventually just drove off. We got to the speaker and were answered and ordered. The customer service between all 3 employees we spoke to was poor. The wait from ordering to receiving food was extremely long. The chicken strips were cooked in old oil and not good. They didn’t give us a straw, and the Coke had hardly any syrup.
Newly remodeled and worse than before is crazy. Disgusting and horrible service. All of the inside trash cans were over flowing and trash and food all over the floor and tables. Several customers waiting around and not one associate checked on their needs. The closed off look isn't very customer friendly. I watched a man wait 10 minutes just for a refill on his drink. Do better!
The manager on duty was extremely rude and didnt wanna help me over the phone said she was to busy to help me and said I could find the answers online even the I look online before calling about the snack wraps and I informed her of that and she still proceeded to be rude. Coming from a person that was a GM of a pizza place I don't condone on going here bcuz they seem to not wanna help you if you happen to have a question about that. This location consistently is slow. They even lock the doors during business hours when they can’t handle the amount of customers.
