I went into this location and was greeted with dirty tables, overflowing garbages, and hardly anyone in this location. I then accidentally hit pay at counter, and when I went up to it, the lady at the counter named Bea mumbled something I couldn't understand, and then yelled it when I asked her to repeat it. Both times I did not understand what was said. Overall I would say dont waste your time. There's a better location on Vance road, and it has a drive through.

While I was waiting for my poutine to-go order, I watched a crew member open what looked like a bag of cheese curds... using their TEETH. Not scissors. Not a box cutter. Their actual teeth!!! I don't know if that's the new "freshly opened" method, but it definitely wasn't on the menu. The poutine itself was okay, but after witnessing that, my appetite took a bit of a vacation. I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s inside Walmart at 6565 Southridge Ave. I placed an order through the app and selected table service, expecting a basic level of customer service. When my order arrived, I noticed there was no straw provided. I assumed it might have been a simple mistake, but when I politely asked the manager for one, he responded very rudely and told me to go get it myself. Worker accidentally made SM milkshake instead of Snack Size. Supervisor scolds her "it is only snack size. Why did you make a small?" He then proceeds to grab a SN size cup and pour the milkshake into it, throwing out the rest. He then licked his fingers where he got some on his hand. He'd rather waste a cup and 2 oz of ice cream then to tell the customer Hey! Bonus we made a mistake, you get a small! Bad supervisor to scold like that and bad customer service to make a big deal and show of pouring out milkshake.
