I ordered my same muffin which I ordered everyday and the manager (Alvin) shout on me and charged me more than the usual price I always paid and the way he speak was so angry, rude and he didn’t suppose to talk with a customer like that. He said tell me the name who is doing this it’s not my business to told you who is serving me everyday.
Went to order some food and the manager was belittling his staff. Yell "thats why I dont whine about things!!!" While theres lots of customers around. I feel bad for the staff just trying to earn a living. Wont be back here if you have people run ing rhe show like this. Worst mcdonalds I've ever been to

I'm hoping this was just a one-off and not standard practice, because food safety should never involve anyone's dental tools. I did not make any scen... read more
I had a very disappointing experience at the McDonald’s inside Walmart at 6565 Southridge Ave. I placed an order through the app and selected table service, expecting a basic level of customer service. When my order arrived, I noticed there was no straw provided. I assumed it might have been a simple mistake, but when I politely asked the manager for one, he responded very rudely and told me to go get it myself. That’s not how table service is supposed to work. This isn’t just a one-time issue—I visit this location regularly... read more
