Most of the time, this McDonald’s does very poorly with food and service. The food from the drive thru can take nearly half an hour to be received, and they are usually backed up with orders, having cars pulled around the side. However, tonight the food (fries mainly) came out quick, fresh, and hot. There seemed to be only one girl working, but she did better than all the previous times with multiple workers. She deserves a promotion.
The Diet Coke has been tasting horrible for months on end!! No other McDonald’s has been like this. Rumor has it that Nick the general manager is refusing to fix it. Last time he “fixed” the sodas he stated that customers were “spoiled with syrup”. Thats why all of your soda tasted horrible. Please just fix it! We all want our regular drinks back. We waited about 15 minutes before somebody come over to wait on us and there was a guy standing there with a return because he didn't get the right stuff. He was there the same length of time as we were. They act like they were not very happy about waiting on him again
