Just got to the next McDonald's, there's plenty. It's McDonald's; The food is McDonald's quality food. As prices go up, nothing of quality does. To the hiring manager at this McDonald's, I understand you're working with limited candidate skill, but, the lot you had on shift today were awful. Two lines at the drive-thru, lady is only taking cars in lane 1. 3 cars go by, all of lane 2 just sitting. I just left the drive through three steak bagel two hash round three orange juice, got home NO STEAK ON ONE OF THE BAGEL... I HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES NO ANSWER SPENT $28 + TAX😡👎
The order taker/cashier Ross was so friendly and funny that it made my morning! I don't think I've ever said "that was a fun trip through the drive thru" before, but it was! 🤣 Fast service with some laughs, while still being professional - make this man a manager, or give him a raise!!! Food was great, and he got me with the upsell for the strawberry and creme pies, because I forgot that getting two was such a good deal v. just getting one. Great job all around!!!
