Drive through was a disaster. Ordered sausage Mcmuffin combo because it was advertised on the first sign. My mistake. Handed an orange juice at the window and asked to pull around in front of the other 2 persons waiting for food because it was really getting crowded. Pulled up and waited but had an online meeting starting in 11 minutes and when that passed with no food I just drove off without breakfast other than the OJ. Won't be back. Dirty tables + food on the floor. We couldn’t find anywhere to dine in the restaurant. Men’s restroom full of urine on floor and top of men’s urinal.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location today. When we pulled up to the drive-thru speaker, the employee immediately said, “What do you want?” no greeting, no “Welcome to McDonald’s,” nothing. My husband replied, “I’m sorry?” thinking maybe he misheard, and she repeated again, “What do you want?” While taking our order for a Happy Meal for our child, she was clearly talking to someone else at the same time through the speaker.
