Horrible service. A plain cheeseburger took 15 minutes and not even busy
This was an absolutely disgusting experience! We ordered a meal and a muffin, and unbelievably, the muffin had flies in it. On top of that, the restaurant was filthy, there was no cleaning staff anywhere, and the service was beyond pathetic. How can you call yourself a manager when your place is in such horrible condition? The lack of hygiene, the poor customer service, and the negligence are unacceptable. had a horrible experience at this McDonald's. I found insects in both my burger and muffin, which is completely unacceptable and a serious health concern. When I brought this to the manager’s attention, instead of apologizing or addressing the issue professionally, she dismissed it as "okay" and refused to offer any refund or replacement.
