Today 8/11/25, I and my spouse went thru the drive thru at 12:40 pm. The lady who took my oder was very friendly. However, when I pulled to the pickup window I sat WAITING to be acknowledged. His back to me at the window the entire time I waited.Never coming to the window to apologize for the wait.The blond skinny rude young boy working the window finally gave me my food, w/out asking if we needed any condiments. 25 minute wait after I paid just to get 2 breakfast sandwiches while one of the employees was standing there playing a game on her phone instead of helping. Trash work ethic killing service! Need better management! McDonald’s won’t care about this review because the line will fill regardless. However, better management and discipline/accountability would increase efficiency and throughput leading to more profits.
The drive thru is terrible
Drive thru is terrible. Fries were cold. Ask for hot ones. Told to pull up and waited for a good 8 to 10 minutes and they didn’t bring them out. I left. Never will go again. Not first bad experience.
