Honestly, I find this policy (no high school student can be inside and must eat their food outside the restaurant) extremely disappointing. It is 111°F outside, and these are high school students who are simply trying to stay somewhere cool and safe while waiting for their parents to pick them up. They want to eat, sit down, and spend some time with their friends—not cause problems.
