Employees have no concept of customer service. I came for a late night snack. They forgot a 3rd of the order, and when I called about it, they said they'd give me the food they forgot and a refund. A perfectly reasonable way to make it right. When I went back, though, I was treated to a waste of my time where they refunded a single Mcchicken and gave me no food.
