The little girl working the first window today needs an attitude adjustment for sure.
Just went through the drive thru, friendly service and my order was correct so that was good but the coffee was COLD. There was only 3 cars in the drive thru and it was a Sunday morning about 8:45 not sure why the coffee would be cold oh, and the scrambled eggs on the pancake breakfast were about 1/2 cooked 🫤
As someone who worked as a general manager for McDonald’s for 10 years, it is so disappointing to have such a poor experience. When being pulled forward for your order, you should be told exactly what you’re waiting on and how long. If they aren’t doing this for you, then they aren’t following their corporate training. But then again most franchise owners could care less. As long as they make their money. Also, the food that you receive after waiting should not be cold!
