At about 3:30pm today, I placed an order at this McDonald's drive-thru. After getting the food and parking and looking into my bag, I noticed that the burger I ordered was missing. I walked in and let a lady with a headset on know about it, and I was given the burger. I went back out to my car, and then I noticed that I had no barbecue sauce for the nuggets. So I went in again. Ordered from the kiosk no problem sat down and was waiting for my order... chicken nuggets and a water...waited 10 minutes and went up to the counter and they stated they couldn't find me, I was watching and they lied, a cookie was added to the order but no cup for the water...need to get control of the incompetent staff, not used to this low level of service.
Place needs a deep cleaning. Disgusting restaurant. Served me undercooked fries
Came through DT and all of my food was premade, hard and cold. Also got the wrong snack wraps im guessing they were too lazy to make them to order and just handed out spicy since they were already made.
