McDonald's really ought to have a separate service for app orders; you go to pick one up and see three orders sitting ready on the counter, yet you can't even check if yours is among them to avoid waiting in the long drive-thru line when the lobby is closed. One of the female employees just gives you a dirty look and signals that you have to wait in the full line.
