They took my code for a $2 sandwich, then said that the code wasn't working. They wouldn't give me the deal in the end and the code was used so I couldn't use it again. They were very firm about me paying full price even though they had a code error. Well, I'll just dispute it on my card and leave this review for their information. Also, black specks on the bottom of my coffee.
This is McDonalds so I dont expect 5 star and classy. I would expect managers to be respectful to customers. The morning manager that does the drive through is an absolute jerk. After multiple times of being rude its their character and not just them having a bad day. Skip this location in the mornings and go to Woods Cross. I've put in complaints about this specific manager but corporate hasn't done anything.
