Placed an order through the mobile app. Ordered a chicken biscuit and it was burnt. Always check your food before leaving. I went back and the manager assisted me. She apologized and had my order re-done. The experience went from not satisfied to satisfied. I would return on the basis of their customer service.

Idk what happened to this location but it 100% fell off. Used to be a perfect spot for a quick stop for a quick meal on the way home from a long day at work. Order on point with all items fresh and hot.. Idk if management changed or ownership or what...but the women who was on duty 12/17 at 10:00 has zero business running a register, let alone a branch... items missing. Cold. Waited on a late night order 35 minutes in drive thru. No apology honked to ask for reason. No answer between pulling up and leaving 35 min. No late night from this location again.
