This location NEVER has frappes & I won’t be back for a good while til they can train their employees right. Made a mobile order in the app for this exact location and the chic in the drive thru told me the code didn’t pull anything up in the rudest tone. I repeated it to her saying “E as in…” etc and was once again met with attitude telling me she knows and it doesn’t work so she “doesn’t know what to tell me”. The staff was polite and friendly the drive thru order was prepared very quickly
The biscuit and egg with orange juice was good. 10/10/25 - Friendly staff. Good and hot food. Clean place. Wish the Frappe machine wasn't broken.

Drove 15 minutes from South Parkersburg at 4:00 a.m. in the morning before work all the way to Vienna because online this McDonald's is labeled as 24/7 only to find out that it was in fact closed when I pulled in It's a McDonald's we all know the quality of it I'm just mad that on their own page they are blatantly lying about their hours and just wasting my time
