Waited for over 20 minutes (for a #9 = 2 cheeseburgers and a fry btw) to then have to go inside and my order is nowhere to be found or recalled. When 10 minutes had past I asked the guy running food to check on it and clearly he didn’t relay anything when he got back inside. There was only one car waiting before me but 3 others after me got their food somehow. Then the manager proceeds to refund me the wrong amount and now no one is answering the phone. There’s a reason this location is usually dead.
The fact I ordered 4 sandwiches and the girl who brought my food out said I had to pay for ranch I couldn’t even get one for free IS CRAZY. She said her manager is there and he said they can’t give any free sauces at all not even one is crazy when I spent 20 dollars FOR FOUR SANDWICHES no other McDonald’s will tell someone they have to pay for one sauce change the rules at this location or imma just sit in the drive through next time to speak to the manager and ask why I can’t have one ranch with my meal for free working in ... read more
I’m all for understanding that prices have gone up, but when a manager is snarky at charging $0.99 a sauce, then there’s a problem. Just put the fries in the bag.
