Waited 20 minutes to get my food and got the oldest, most stale fries with it. Don’t come here unless you want to be disappointed.
Very disappointing customer service. After spending a decent amount on food, I asked for a small cup of hot water and was told there would be a charge. That itself is fine — every business has policies. The issue was the extremely unfriendly and dismissive attitude from the staff member. The interaction felt unnecessarily rude over such a small request. A little professionalism and courtesy would go a long way.
The workers here are great! Super sweet and they do their job amazingly! My only issue was I found a massive chunk of what I believe to be cartilage in my chicken patty and it wasn’t very pleasant…
One of the better McDonald's visits. First time at this one. Everything was pretty good. Which does happen about 7 percent of the time at other McDonald's. Think I got lucky but maybe they care. I will definitely go back and test my luck
