We visited this McDonald’s after leaving Busch Gardens Williamsburg. We attempted to enter the building and were turned away, despite it being before when the dining room was supposed to close. We then decided to place a mobile order and go through the drive thru. This took 30 minutes, and the food was cold and wrong.
Everything was stiff and dry (from being under heat lamp too long, maybe?). Not usually like that here
Pulled up to the drive thru and was missing a sandwich. They claim to say I lied about it I had gotten all of what I paid for, we have been there from 9:38 am till almost 10:30 because they wanted to argue and gaslight the whole situation when all I needed was 1 sandwich I was missing that I purchased. Do not come here bruh😂
Bad management, rude people, NO SODAS! GROSS FOOD ALL GREASE!!!! COLD FRIES!!!!
The restrooms were filthy with overflowing trashcans that had sanitary feminine products on the floor. There was feces on one of the toilets as well and the toilet paper dispensers wete broken. The manager that was serving out front was wearing crocs and long braids which definitely did not promote cleanliness. There was long hair on the tables.
