Avoid this location. 40 minute wait for a burger. Staff could care less about anything. Worst McDs experience ever. It’s not even busy.
This is a terrible McDonalds. I haven't eaten at McDonalds in a while, but stopped for a Filet O Fish because it's Lent. It was 2pm and not busy. Four or five people working in the back. The place was filthy. I looked like the tables haven't been wiped down in a long while and the floor was filthy. There were no employees to be found out front. The cookies and pie I ordered through the app were not available and had to be refunded. The restaurant was also out of Dr. Pepper which is a small issue, but was disappointing to my daughter nonetheless. The food that we did receive was correct, hot, and met expectations.
Had a very minor order issue this morning that was just a simple miscommunication. Walked inside and in my mind these transactions are rarely fast or sometimes require extensive explanation. Not here. The manager just fixed it fast and said have a great day! Amazing. I wish I had noted her name because she deserves recognition. 10AM 22 March Thanks!
