As a DoorDash driver, I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s on Tuesday around 7:00 p.m. An employee with red hair wearing a blue T-shirt (who was not wearing a name tag) was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked about the sealed order, and instead of responding respectfully, she told me that once the bag is sealed it cannot be opened because it’s “federal law.” That statement didn’t seem accurate, and it came across as an excuse rather than a helpful explanation. placed a $40+ order on the app 20 minutes before close. waited in the drive thru window for 15 minutes and the lady was rushing me to grab all my food and drinks. i asked if i could quickly check the bag to make sure i had everything i ordered, as the lobby was closed. i believe it was the store manager, she gave me an attitude and told me no because they were about to close. i didn’t receive half of my order. my burger was raw and missing bacon. VERY unhappy. do better.
manager lady was pretty disrespectful, took a while at the window and was rushing us out saying they are closed when they have not yet closed yet. yall should just do better.
