This specific location has a lot of turnovers. Their orders are screwed up more frequently than industry standards/expectations. They run a numbers game in terms of production to procure higher volume sales and making you go park and wait 6 to 12 minutes on average. Very seldom is anything ready (other than coffee). And when you get your order(s), they are prone to screw something up, that's their signature.
Too many children hired. One tried arguing with me about burnt coffee and they don't drink it themselves. A coffee drinker knows good coffee
paid for a large fry, got pretty much a medium since it wasn't even full. Service was super slow. They had five cars waiting, but they don't have the space for cars to be waiting. Staff were nice though. I much rather Tilsonburgs, and will be driving the extra 15 minutes next time.
