Seems to have gone downhill since the Crudens sold. Service very slow, drink fountain area was very messy and there were no napkins. When asked, just got told there were none, no apology, no solution. You’re in Wal-mart, go buy some! Orders taken off the board long before orders actually completed. Probably to make their serve times look good.
Wasn't friendly greeted. I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal. I chose the book option (instead of a toy) and ordered a yogurt and fries for the combo. When I got home, I realized there was no yogurt at all, there was a toy instead of the book, and the cheeseburger didn't have cheese. Very disappointed.
Orders are always wrong. It's a long wait Atmosphere is the same as usual. You go in, you get out
Extremely poor service. I waited for 15 minutes for 2 ice cream cones and 2 pies. The ice cream cones were TINY and they didn't have the pies i ordered. The employees were unprofessional about the situation loudly saying "you can deal with that" to eachother and then continuing to take another 10 minutes to receive different ones. I also ordered a jr. chicken and specifically ordered at counter, to ask for pickles on it. They sloppily fixed it and were rude about the whole situation. would not recommend
