I requested a large lemonade and they gave me a medium-sized cup and told me that this was a large. I have been to other McDonald's and I received a large lemonade in an actual large cup. It's bad enough I was charged over $2 for a large drink and I only got a medium-sized drink. STOP ripping people off.
This McDonald's has zero sense of customer urgency,, I'm standing at the mobile pic up spot for 15min now and nobody has shown me attention, I've said hello and excuse 10feet from the woman working the front line never came or acknowledged.. it's very unprofessional and makes u want to leave. Everytime I pic up orders here I wait at least 20-30min for my order.
