I'm not sure how you place an order in an empty line, for me to wait 10 minutes, for the staff to forget French fries in my son's happy meal. I wish the owners would address the lack of accuracy from all of their locations. Disappointed is an understatement.

We had a fantastic experience at the Midland McDonald’s on Sunday afternoon. I went with my son, and we were both really impressed. The restaurant was very clean, and all the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Hunter—he was so nice and patient with my little son, and we really appreciated his kindness. Mike and carol clearly don't care about the service and quality of this McDonald's (the one is elmvale is awful too). They really need to evaluate who they are hiring and perhaps provide better training. The food is disgusting, it's never made right, wait times are insane, I'm tired of getting parking tickets..I'd rather get my food and not wait 15 mins. It's "fast food" isn't it? I'm honestly sick of this McDonald's. There isn't a single time that I go where the food isn't messed up or you have to wait forever to get it. The employees that work here need better work ethic and better customer service and attitude. Paid $70 tonight for my whole family and when you pay that much, it's disappointing to find that every single meal has issues. It sucks to always go back in. They don't even remake the burgers, they just brought it back and slapped on the missing parts. I wish I could get a refund!
