Staff were friendly & quick service. Food tasted better than most McDs.
Miss places, orders all the time I have gone to this location to the point where I have not gotten my food or they either give it out to somebody else or they don’t know what happened to my order
So I went and got the $5 dollar meal deal. The burger was super small. It looked like it was for a child and of course the meat was old. A McDouble is not that. This is one of the worse McDonalds in Lexington. They literally need to do better. The nuggets is also a waste of time. They are disgusting 🤮
Was the first person in line, sat there for 5 minutes without my order being taken. Line of people behind me. Definitely need 2 people taking orders here.
When placing my order I asked for cooked to order fries. When i normally ask for this it would show on the screen so when it didnt i asked the cashier again and she reassured me that it would be made fresh. When i got my food i pulled off so i wouldnt hold up the line and checked my food and everything was cold.
