I like ice cream
Went in for lunch at the time they were switching from breakfast to lunch. Ordered a double Big Mac and received a single. Went back to replace the burger and the person got the burger replaced very fast and let me keep the original burger. Great customer service.
Fast food
Not sure what’s been going on with this location the last 3 months, I always seem to be missing ONE item or I receive the wrong size, so far they have missed one or both hashbrowns more than once, also missed add on mcvalue burger and nuggets, wrong size poutine (paid for a large and I got a regular size) and extra sauces I pay for. I making this review for others to CHECK their orders before leaving, I’m 10 mins outside of Smiths Falls so it’s frustrating to have to drive back after arriving home.
