I dont know the name of this staff but the bald person but at 8pm picking up my order this staff just be raising his/her voice at people.
This McDonald's is the worst. I took my kids, nieces, and nephews for a fun lunch and it was miserable. There is no person to take orders at this location, so I had to somehow navigate the computer and all the kids orders on my own which should be easy but after 25 mins and 55$ later I was very frustrated. Trying to find a table was rough because they were all dirty and wet. I went to grab some napkins to wipe it down but there were no napkins in any dispensers and no one works the front to ask. Drive thru usually forgets to put items in the bag. This LAST time I did not receive my chicken nuggets. They get paid enough to not miss anything.
TERRIBLE SERVICE at least today. The morning crew is definetely a lot more nicer and on it. Today not sure if she’s a manager/supervisor or what but she had a different color shirt than the others with her hair all messy and very rude. Asked me very rudely what I wanted and didn’t even look me in the eyes, instead was just chewing her nails and threw the sauce at me.
