Came through drive thru and employee had no idea how the app worked (she didn’t understand how to type in my code) and I had to repeat my order 3x. Another employee came on and then origami came back on. Was using drive through since I had 3 little kids with me but had to come in since no once could help her apparently. Food was cold drive through person was rude
Worst service ever. This is the second time my order has been canceled very disapointed
Literally forgets my food in every single order I make. Drive home with food for my family and dont get to eat, drive back to McDonald's to get my food then sit at home and eat alone.
I’ve tried time and time again to give this location the benefit of the doubt because it’s so close to where I live, yet everytime I go the ladies running the drive through are continuously rude. Not telling me my total of my meal and waving her hand at me when I give her my card. Unnecessary attitude when I just want some quick dinner. Everytime I ask for extra sauce I’m hit with unnecessary attitude and rudeness.
