I enjoy their breakfast, service and atmosphere are the same at every other million McDonald's everywhere else on the planet.

After waiting 20 minutes inside for a coffee and poutine, I was finally served, but without cutlery. To make matters worse, they only started preparing my order after I went and inquired about it more than 15 minutes after placing it. Meanwhile, they served over eight cars in the drive-thru. Absolutely fantastic service! If you want to focus solely on the drive-through, then you should adjust your business operations to reflect that. Why would you frustrate customers who come into the store this way?
