2 different burgers were still cold and uncooked (pink) in the middle, fries were cold, and chicken was burnt. This is by far the worst McDonald that I've ever visited! Very disappointed!
Went through drive-thru. The person on the speaker was polite and I could hear them clearly. All of the stuff was pleasant and smiling. Food was hot and what I had expected from McDonald's.
When they get your order wrong and you go up to the counter and you have to stand there for 10 minutes waiting for a team member to come assist you and they look at you in the face and just keep walking by meanwhile they're all in the back laughing and giggling and playing around and not really doing any work at all
