Extremely disappointed and disgusted. I just left the drive-thru at this McDonald’s, we to hand my daughter her food, and to my shock—the burger had a BITE taken out of it. Not only is that disgusting, it’s a major health risk. I immediately went back and went inside to report it, and instead of apologizing or fixing the issue, the staff didn’t believe me and refused to remake the food. I love McDonalds but for first time I stop to eat inside the restaurant in this location but there was a lot noise from the kitchen, people yelling each other. Then a customer came inside the restaurant and then she was starting complaining about her order so there was more noise. Since we sat down to eat until I finish it was very bad atmosphere, I had to complain with one of the employees. The time for eat must be quiet and this make you feel the stress
3/5/25- I know it’s McDonald’s, but they merit a shout out. I was heading back from the airport and I didn’t want to wait or get out of my car so I came here. We have the app so we get a discount or sometimes we get free food. Usually for the kids. Today it was for me. The value for the money was reasonable and I didn’t blow a ton or had to wait too long. They did asked me to move up and wait. The wait was less than five minutes and well worth it. My meal was hot. The fries were fresh and hot. I actually enjoyed it all and I... read more
