Staff is courteous; but I wonder if they're over-worked, or just ineffective. Check your order EVERY TIME, because almost every time they get my order wrong; I only use the kiosk now because apparently whoever is manning the cash is hard of hearing, and it's STILL wrong when it's handed to me. Sometimes they even miss a third of my order. Placed an order, they gave us a bag and sent us on our way only for us to discover that they forgot my wife's order entirely. What can we do?
