Why can't they ever, EVER, get a drive thru order right? And, don't complain and wait for a new order...complain AFTER, so that your food isn't tossed in a bag, upside down or have ketchup poured all over the burger to where your bun is saturated, falls apart when you touch it, and it looks like road kill.
