Stood in line for 10 minutes to place an order, the guy working the counter walked away and left me standing there for another 5 minutes before I walked out. That's not customer service or respectful. He didn't even speak to me, and I was clearly next in line.

They got my order wrong said I could come back the next day and they would fix it.i went in twice stood at the counter for 30 minutes and couldn't get a manager so I walked out the first time the second second time the manager told me I would have to come back and talk to the gm
Service for 4 meals took 30 minutes and fries were cold
