I don’t come to this McDonald’s often because of the same problems everyone. I only came today because I wanted to see if the snack wrap was like before, sadly it wasn’t. My concern/complaint is that when I opened my snack wraps they were both ranch when I ordered spicy, I let them know it was wrong you know typical McDonald’s mistake. I got my spicy wraps finally and noticed there was BARELY any lettuce or spicy sauce on there. My mornings often involve a stop at the McDonald's on Eureka Road in Taylor, typically for a quick breakfast on my way to work. While they're efficient at taking your order and payment, a recurring issue significantly impacts the experience: after paying, customers are frequently told their meal will take an additional five minutes. McDonald's is getting as bad as the stores, except you at least have a choice to do it yourself or have someone ring you up, not here. You're on your own unless you go through the drive thru. You have to place your order on the big digital screen, and you can get human interaction if you pay cash and when you receive your order. Pretty soon, they won't have many workers. I don't support this kind of business. The dining room needed attention, and so did the drink & condiments station. Very, very pricey, not really worth it.
