Servers at window were extremely rude for multiple days, and when I tried to make sure my order was correctly taken this time they had an attitude with me. Very rude people I don’t recommend anybody works here the general manager thinks she can talk to people how she wants to talk to people They are also smoking cigarettes in the building also people are vaping in the grill area they are also eating the chicken nuggets on the trays they had maggots in there Ice cream machine I had to rinse it out the manager put bleach in the machine
Didn't give me a receipt i order a small iced caramel latte and I got a hot chocolate
Wouldn't let a senior citizen use the restroom. I understand you're located in a shitty neighborhood, but if a 73 year old man wearing business attire comes in, you won't let him take a piss? This store should just shut down. Drive another mile to the next store.
