20min for a burger and fries, staff moves slower then molasses on a winter day.
Ordered 4 of the $5 meal deal. Requested cook to order fries but they gave me old & dry burgers with hard buns like it's been sitting for a while. They didn't put any sauce in the bag for my chicken nuggets. The McDonald's franchise have gotten TOO comfortable TOO LONG with serving their customers low quality food & service. What is management for? Just to count the drawers at night?
I put a DoorDash in and when I called to make sure the Big Mac sandwich had sauce she said ‘I don’t have a DoorDash’ and I’m looking at my DoorDash account and it was at this McDonalds…they need to stop lying
