Serving wrong order 3rd class service
Very slow service and most of the time giving wrong order for coffee. Even tables are very bad not cleaned properly.
So I ordered a veggie burger — you know, no meat, just veggies, basic stuff — and somehow ended up with chicken. 🐔 Like… what part of “veggie” screamed “add poultry”? When I tried to fix it, the manager, Kawar, came out acting like I just ruined her whole day. Zero help, all attitude. If sass and rudeness were menu items, She’d be the special of the day. Next time I’ll save myself the trouble and just make a salad at home — at least that won’t argue with me. 🙃
Ordered a veggie burger, got chicken instead — like, seriously? Not even close. When I tried to point it out, the manager, Kawar, acted like it was my fault and couldn’t be bothered to help. If rolling eyes was part of customer service training, she’d be employee of the month. Definitely not coming back — I wanted a meal, not an attitude.
