Very sad experience. Immediately I walked in this morning,I met a young black lady and politely asked her if they have chicken wraps because it wasn't on their menu screen, she just ignored me. OK, I felt she didn't hear me so I move closer and she said can I have your order, I told her I want the chicken wrap and iced caramel coffee medium size. She said frappe? I’m always a little nervous to eat at fast food places in stores. But the food was freshly cooked and really good. However that isn’t why I am writing this review. The older woman at the counter today (June 16) may be the nicest person I’ve ever met. She was so kind. The other staff were great too! They were cleaning frequently and kind while taking orders. But the older lady was so nice. She made the experience worth reviewing.
