I have lived in Sunbury for many years and this McDonald's is typically slammed during peak times, which causes long waits and grumpy cuatomers. Not the staffs fault, because they seem to be understaffed. However, the staff always does an amazing job!! I would like to specifically mention John, one of their newer team members. He is always a joy to work with, he calls me sister and it makes me 😃 I look forward to speaking with him in the drive thru! He deserves a promotion 👏 he is a huge asset to the team.
Went to this McDonald's location twice and both times my order wasn't correct. I will not be visiting this McDonald's in the near future.. the McDonald's by Cleveland Ave and Main St. in Westerville is excellent.
10 o’clock at night nobody in line and they had the audacity to say please hold as I go to the drive-through five minutes later no one responds so I leave and go across the street to Wendys.
