Third time I’m coming here and I pay for extra caramel. I’ll never give me the extra caramel, but of course they charge me for it !!
Says online they close at 1 am but staff left by midnight (we pulled up while they were walking out).
I’m leaving a review because this is the second time within a week I’ve had horrible service. I ordered food asked for a SPRITE. Got to the window and they confirmed the wrong order. I can understand that it’s a 2 lane drive thru so we corrected that. Get to the 2nd window and they have a Large Powerade. I said no ma’am I asked for a Sprite not a Powerade. The drive-through workers on the Night Shift were extremely rude and then after finally trying to take my order, they said never mind we are closed?? Like I don’t understand what just happened, but I won’t be back to this location.
