Someone working at the sandwich unit made our food without gloves, and then made our burgers wrong when asked to remake them with gloves. Same goes for our drinks. Called to make a complaint but no one answered the phone, this is a serious health code violation and I WILL be calling again.
I had a great experience at McDonald’s today. The girl at the front desk Latasha was very friendly, polite, and helpful. She greeted customers with a smile, took orders efficiently, and made sure everyone was served quickly. Her positive attitude made the visit enjoyable. Excellent customer service!
Ordered at register. One coffee. Watched it get made, then the next person’s order was taken, then mobiles came up and were served before my coffee even moved. Watched my coffee sit there almost ten minutes before being served. I will not return.
