Stopped for the first time to grab a quick coffee and McMuffin via drive-thru on my way to work around 5:15 AM. Only 2 cars ahead of me when I placed my order. I took 10 minutes to get to the window at which point I just drove away as I was not willling to spend 5 more minutes while they dealt with my order. I am NEVER stopping there again! They are obviously not equipped to handle a drive-thru. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Poor customer service and very rude to customer.
