I went in the morning of 8/16/25 to get a free large iced coffee using my McDonald application. I ordered in the drive through and gave them my code for the free coffee, the screen showed a $0 balance, when I pulled to the window to pay my coffee was ready for me , but was being charged for it, they said the code didn’t go through, a manager came to speak to me rudely and told me it wasn’t their fault the points didn’t go through and I needed to pay! Manager was very rude hardly didn't understand English got our order wrong waiting for awhile to order while other line was putting in there orders. Very unprofessional the manger would not recommend this McDonald's
They have No customer service skills at All. The food is not hot and the fries suck. They aren't worth it that's for sure. And they know that most of the people that live near it can't just hop in a car and drive to one that is better. So if you don't have to go there then don't
